“Our day was roughly 60% order administration and 40% selling. We wanted to flip that.”
Inbox labelling
Your emails sort themselves, at the source.
The agent reads every incoming email, assigns one or more tags, and triggers the agents that should handle it. System tags are trained on over 100,000 emails; the tags specific to your business are built with our team.
How it works
Read, tag, trigger.
The agent works continuously on your sales inboxes. Every incoming email is qualified, then handed to the agent or the person who should deal with it.
Outlook rules do not survive an absence. The agent does.
Rules tied to specific people break the moment someone is away, dispatching falls back to manual work, and nobody measures what comes in. The agent qualifies at the source, regardless of who is in.
- System tags trained on over 100,000 emails: order, quote request, quote reply, urgent
- Tags specific to your business, described in plain language and tested on your real emails before going live
- A tag can stay invisible in Outlook and exist only to trigger an agent

The agent qualifies. Your teams decide.
For the first few days, your teams correct tags directly in Outlook. Those corrections feed the learning engine, which tunes detection before anything goes live.
- Corrections happen in Outlook, without leaving the tool your teams already use
- A “private” tag keeps personal emails out of any analysis
- Go-live target: over 80% correct tagging
Day 3LearningTags correct
Live from 80% upwards.
Features
Three things the agent does very well.
System tags, ready to use
System tags, ready to use
Order, quote request, quote revision, quote reply, urgent. Trained on over 100,000 emails and available as soon as the inbox is connected.
Custom tags, tested before they go live
Custom tags, tested before they go live
You describe the case in plain language, Catalog generates the detection rules, and you test them on your real emails before switching them on.
Triggering the other agents
Triggering the other agents
A tag can trigger an order acknowledgment, a quote follow-up, or a handover to order capture. Labelling is the layer that sets the other agents in motion.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to expose our ERP to start?
No. The agent connects to your Outlook inbox. No ERP access is required to get started.
How long before the tagging is reliable?
About two weeks, including three days of active learning during which your teams correct the tags. Go-live happens once correct tagging passes 80%.
Our inboxes are both shared and personal. Is that a problem?
No. The agent handles both. Three connection modes exist depending on your IT context, from social login to Microsoft App Registration.
Where is our data hosted?
Exclusively in the European Union, with no transfer outside the EEA. Your emails train no model.
Are our teams’ personal emails analysed?
Not if you enable the “private” tag: those emails are excluded from any analysis.
In their words
The diagnostic
See what actually lands in your sales inboxes.
We ran the analysis on one company’s mailbox: the ordinary mailbox where their orders and quotes arrive. Here is what sixty days of it held.
- The sample
- From a single analysed mailbox, over sixty days. Volumes are given as a daily rhythm and proportions are rounded, so that no company reads its own counts here. Yours will read differently.
- 48 hours
- From the export landing with us to the report in your hands. A commitment, not an average.
- 90 days
- The window the report is built on. Long enough to cover a quarter, and your slow weeks with it.
- One file
- A mailbox export, which your IT team makes in an afternoon. That is the whole of what we ask.
- No ERP access
- Nothing is connected, nothing is installed, nothing is written. The report reads mailbox data and says so.
