Quote Follow-up
Your quotes go out. The follow-up takes care of itself.
The agent detects every quote sent, follows up at configurable intervals (two follow-ups 24h apart by default), and stops the moment the customer replies. Draft mode or fully automatic, your choice. +10% conversion rate on quotes, measured across our customers.
How it works
Detect, follow up, stop at the right moment.
The agent works continuously across your sales mailboxes. You stay in control at every step: cadence, number of follow-ups, automatic sending or draft mode.
The agent sees what your sales admin team doesn’t have time to see.
The agent detects every quote sent, then follows up at regular intervals: two follow-ups 24h apart by default, cadence and number configurable. The moment the customer replies, the agent stops, classifies the intent, and closes the follow-up. You choose: automatic sending or draft mode for sales admin validation.
- Two follow-ups 24h apart by default, cadence and number configurable
- The agent draws on your reference emails to match your team’s tone
- The moment the customer replies, the agent classifies the intent and stops following up

The agent executes. You validate.
No decision gets made without you. Draft mode lets you validate every follow-up before it’s sent. After a few days of pilot, most of our customers switch on automatic sending for standard accounts, and keep manual validation for strategic accounts.
- Draft mode by default: the agent prepares, you send from Outlook
- A confidence score shown for every follow-up generated
- Full history available in your Catalog back office

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to expose our ERP to launch the agent?
No. The agent connects to your mailbox (Outlook or Gmail). No ERP access is required for follow-ups. If you later want to connect your ERP, Catalog integrates via API, webhook, or flat files: SAP, Sage, Cegid, Microsoft Dynamics, Sellsy, EBP, Divalto, AS/400, and several industry-specific or in-house ERPs.
How do we stay in control of what the agent sends?
Draft mode by default: every follow-up is prepared, you validate before it’s sent. After a few weeks, most of our customers switch on automatic sending for standard accounts, and keep manual validation for strategic accounts.
Does it work if our sales reps don’t all work from the same mailbox?
Yes. The agent orchestrates individual and shared mailboxes. It never duplicates follow-ups: if the original sales rep has already followed up, the agent sees it and does nothing.
Where is our data hosted?
Exclusively in the European Union, with no transfer outside the EEA. TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest, databases isolated per customer. Your emails never train AI models: that is a contractual constraint imposed on our providers. A DPA is available for signature.
Which ERPs are supported?
Catalog integrates via API, webhook, or flat files. In production today: SAP, Sage, Cegid, Microsoft Dynamics, Sellsy, EBP, Divalto, AS/400, and several industry-specific or in-house ERPs.
The diagnostic
See how many quotes are sitting dormant in your mailbox.
We ran the analysis on one company’s mailbox: the ordinary mailbox where their orders and quotes arrive. Here is what sixty days of it held.
- The sample
- From a single analysed mailbox, over sixty days. Volumes are given as a daily rhythm and proportions are rounded, so that no company reads its own counts here. Yours will read differently.
- 48 hours
- From the export landing with us to the report in your hands. A commitment, not an average.
- 90 days
- The window the report is built on. Long enough to cover a quarter, and your slow weeks with it.
- One file
- A mailbox export, which your IT team makes in an afternoon. That is the whole of what we ask.
- No ERP access
- Nothing is connected, nothing is installed, nothing is written. The report reads mailbox data and says so.
