How long does it take to deploy the first agent?
Usually 2 to 3 working days. We connect to your mailbox, configure the agent to your workflows, and it is in production. No heavy IT project.
Does it integrate with my ERP / CRM?
Yes. We integrate with all the main ERPs (SAP, Sage, Cegid, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and CRMs. Most first agents only need access to an email account — advanced ERP integration can come later.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is processed in Europe (infrastructure hosted in the EU), encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR-compliant and sign a DPA with every customer.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Never. Your data is used strictly to run your agents and for nothing else. We do not use customer data to train, fine-tune or improve any model.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the volume and the agents deployed. We start with a free diagnostic to identify where AI creates the most value, then propose a plan aligned with your expected ROI. Most customers are profitable from the first month.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
Every agent runs with configurable confidence thresholds. Below the threshold, actions are flagged for human review instead of being executed automatically. You stay in control, and accuracy improves over time.
Is there a minimum commitment?
