The agents
One agent for each task that slows your sales.
13 business agents, sorted by what they bring back: time, revenue, customers who stay. For each one, what it does, its reference result and what it needs connected. 6 run on the mailbox alone.
Definition
What a Catalog agent is
A Catalog agent detects a situation in your mailbox or your ERP, decides what to do under your rules, then acts: it sorts, records, prepares a follow-up. A person approves, and an email to a customer can wait as a draft. Two orchestration agents, the Dispatcher and the Coordinator, receive every email and name the agent that acts.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to connect our ERP?
6 agents out of 13 run on the mailbox alone, and 2 more can do without the ERP. The ones that record into the ERP, or read a catalogue or a status from it, need a connection, through an API or flat files.
Which agent should we start with?
The one your mailbox points to. The diagnostic reads an export of your mailbox and shows, within 48 hours, what costs it most: orders typed in again, quotes never chased, requests left unanswered. It asks for no ERP access.
Do the agents send without approval?
Only if you decide so. An agent that writes to your customers can work in drafts: it prepares the email, a person on the team sends it. That is the quote follow-up’s default setting, and you choose afterwards what goes out on its own.
Can two agents write to the same customer about the same order?
No. The Coordinator groups the agents that could answer the same event, such as cross-sell and free shipping on one order, and lets only one of them act. If the agent with priority passes, the next one takes over.
Our flow is not on the list. What then?
Describe it to us. If the task repeats in the mailbox or in the ERP, one conversation is enough to know whether an agent can take it on. The “Custom agent” block just below is there for that.

Your flow is not on the list?
A task that repeats in your mailbox or your ERP: describe it, and one conversation is enough to tell whether an agent can take it on. Tell us which agent you are missing, too.
The diagnostic
Which agent first? The diagnostic tells you.
The figures in these tables are references. Yours, the diagnostic measures: one export of your mailbox, 48 hours, no ERP access, and the report says which agent to put first.
